CHRIS CORTAZZO, Director, his name is an area staple since becoming synonymous with every price range of homes for sale in Malibu. He has been the #1 Coldwell Banker Agent for Malibu 2000-2007, the #2 Agent for all of Los Angeles and the #3 Agent internationally. His extensive knowledge of Malibu, both personal and professional, is an indispensable advantage for his clients. He has appeared on numerous television shows including starring on the real estate reality show "Million Dollar Listing".

He fulfilled his most important goal of staying close to his family by purchasing the home next door to his childhood home where his parents still live. He shares the property with the many animals he has rescued over the years. He also supports many charities including the Rainforest Alliance, Farm Sanctuary, PETA, Elton John Aids Foundation, and the Music Center. He is a major contributor for the Malibu Legacy Park project and the Caring Community Partner at the Point Dume Elementary School.
