Leadership: Liane Weintraub

LIANE WEINTRAUB, Director,  is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Tasty Brand™. As CEO, Liane is the chief architect of the vision and strategy for Tasty Brand™. Her main focus is driving brand management and the PR initiatives at the Company.

Prior to co-founding Tasty Brand™, Ms. Weintraub worked as a local television news reporter (United Paramount Network), and as a contributing writer to various publications, after which she worked exclusively in the non-profit sector for a number of years, focusing specifically on children’s issues, the arts and environmental causes. Liane continues to serve as Chairman of Center Dance Arts, an organization she founded in 2000. Other non-profit organizations she is involved with include: the Los Angeles County’s Music Center, the Leadership Council of the Natural Resource Defense Council, the Los Angeles Library Foundation and the Malibu Foundation for Youth and Families, benefiting Boys & Girls Club Malibu Teen Center.

Ms. Weintraub was born and raised in New York City and attended Columbia University (BA), Oxford University and USC School of Journalism (MA). A self-taught cook and the mother of two, Liane has a passion for food, good nutrition and the environment.
