Leadership: Dr. Mark O. Kelly

DR. MARK O. KELLY, Director, is in his fourth year as principal of Malibu High School and his ninth year as an administrator in the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District (SMMUSD).  Malibu High School and SMMUSD enjoy mutually beneficial partnerships with the Boys and Girls Club Malibu Teen Center and the Malibu Foundation for Youth and Families. He also holds a master’s degree and doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles in Educational Administration and Educational Leadership, respectively.

Malibu High School was recently named one of the top 100 high schools by U.S. News and World Report magazine. Dr. Kelly believes that the school’s success is a result of the commitment of the Malibu community and the partnership that the school has with The Club and the Malibu Foundation.
